Cancelling a booking
Cancel from your Orders page any time before sample collection, free of charge. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Rescheduling
Reschedule up to 2 hours before your slot, free of charge, from your Orders page. Morning, afternoon, or evening slots are available 7 days a week.
Membership cancellation
Mr Yoda Club membership can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no member benefit has been used. After that, membership runs to the end of its one-year validity.
