Refund Policy
When and how refunds work.

Before collection
Cancel any time before your sample is collected for a full refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Wallet-paid amounts return to your wallet immediately.
After collection
Once a sample is collected, the test is in process and can no longer be refunded. If a sample cannot be processed for a reason on our side — a collection or lab error — we redo the test free of charge or refund you in full, your choice.
Missed visits
If our phlebotomist misses a confirmed slot, we reschedule at your convenience or refund in full. If you are unavailable at a confirmed slot, reschedule from your Orders page — the booking amount stays yours.
