What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you book a test: your name, contact details, address for home collection, and the details of the people you book for under My Family and Friends.

When your sample is processed, we hold your test results so we can deliver your report, show trends over time, and let your reviewing physician do their job.

How we use it

Your information is used to schedule collections, process samples, deliver reports to your account and on WhatsApp, and to power features you choose to use, like sharing a report with your preferred doctor.

We do not sell your personal or health information. Ever.

How we protect it

All results are encrypted in transit and at rest, and reviewed only by the authorizing physician. Access inside Mr Yoda is limited to the people who need it to deliver your service, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.

Your choices

You can download your reports, correct your details, and ask us to delete your account and data by writing to talktome@mryoda.com. We respond to every request within 30 days.
